Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life throws unexpected curveballs, and plans can change. To ensure we can continue to provide excellent service to all our valued clients and manage our stylists' schedules effectively, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us adequate time to offer your slot to another client who may be waiting.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: No charge will be applied.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee of 25% of the scheduled service will be charged.
No-shows (missing your appointment without any notice): The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
Understanding Unforeseen Circumstances
We recognize that genuine emergencies or unavoidable situations can arise, making it impossible to provide advance notice. In such cases, if the reason for cancellation or a no-show was due to an emergency, any associated fees may be waived at your stylist's discretion. We encourage you to communicate with your stylist as soon as you are able to discuss your situation.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly by [phone/text/email/online booking system] as soon as possible.
Late Arrivals
If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please notify us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate you, please understand that we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on schedule for our other clients. If we are unable to provide your full service due to a late arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.
